The reason I am hooked on YU+ME is that I identify with Fiona. I come from a Catholic home that was not accepting of homosexuality (although that has changed somewhat). I was best friends with the girl I loved who said yes to going out with me as long as it was kept a secret, and I was a freckle-faced, glasses wearing, curly haired weirdo. I had friends, but the popular opinion was that I was weird.

I recently clicked on the who is online? link, and was pleasantly surprised to discover that it led to a miniature googlemaps thingie, showing where any member currently is. This is magic, to say the least, but I was a wee bit disappointed to discover that my particular marker pointed at a location in Rowland Heights, California, which is about 25 miles or so to the southwest of my present location. Has anyone else encountered this particular predicament?
